The Management of Garzon Bútor Zrt. is committed to establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
The Company’s primary objective is to achieve and sustain customer satisfaction and stakeholder confidence through the manufacture and distribution of furniture, built-in building elements, and metal industry products that enhance working conditions, functionality, and aesthetic value.
1. Commitment to Quality and Customer Focus
We are committed to:
- Consistently meeting applicable customer, statutory, regulatory, and other relevant requirements.
- Enhancing customer satisfaction through the effective application of the Quality Management System, including processes for continual improvement.
- Applying risk-based thinking in order to identify, evaluate, and address risks and opportunities that may affect product and service conformity and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring that products are manufactured using high-quality materials, appropriate technical solutions, and reliable technologies that guarantee long-term usability and performance.
2. Responsible Sourcing and Sustainability
The Company is committed to responsible procurement practices and shall avoid the sourcing of:
- illegally harvested timber;
- timber harvested in violation of traditional or civil rights;
- timber originating from activities that threaten high conservation values;
- timber sourced from forests converted to plantations or non-forest use;
- timber originating from forests containing genetically modified trees.
The Company operates an FSC® (C139891) Chain of Custody certification system to ensure traceability, segregation of certified and non-certified materials, and compliance with applicable certification requirements.
3. Quality Management System
The Company:
- Establishes, documents, implements, and maintains a process-based Quality Management System and continually improves its effectiveness.
- Defines measurable quality objectives at relevant functions, levels, and processes, and monitors their achievement on a regular basis.
- Ensures the availability of adequate resources, including competent personnel, infrastructure, and an appropriate working environment.
- Promotes competence and awareness through internal and external training programs.
- Monitors, measures, analyzes, and evaluates process performance and product conformity.
- Implements corrective actions where necessary and drives continual improvement across all activities.
- Maintains controlled and transparent operational processes to ensure consistent product and service quality.
4. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
The Company identifies and complies with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements relevant to its activities and ensures that such requirements are integrated into its operational processes.
5. Supplier Relationships
The Company considers its suppliers to be strategic partners and expects them to provide consistently verified quality products and to maintain and continuously develop their own quality management systems.
